Pervuvian Segunda Divisi¨®n side C¨¦sar Vallejo have been cited by the national football association (ADFP) for possible match-fixing after meeting little resistance in recording a 4-0 victory away at Uni¨®n Huaran.
C¨¦sar Vallejo are owned by controversial former presidential candidate C¨¦sar Acu?a and a Huaran player, Ryan Salazar, reported that his team had been offered a financial incentive to lose the game.
At the end of the match, Huaran's own fans attacked players for an apparent lack of effort during the fixture.
